I definitely don't think that Warden 41->50 is nearly as high priority as warden 21->40 or Warden 1->20 was, but I would put warden 41->45 over BK, for example. An extra half second on Tome is definitely nice, but not the game breaking kind of growth that going from 50% HP Updates for low level players are time reductions to get to high level play faster.
